Rabies Vaccine Clinic

$25Our community rabies vaccine clinic will be held from 10am – 2pm at LPCHS for La Plata, Montezuma and Archuleta County residents. An appointment is required. Sign up your pet and a team member will call you to schedule an appointment. Payment is due at time of scheduling.
– Rabies cost $25/per pet
– Purchase your pets’ license
– Other vaccinations available upon request at an additional cost.
