Monthly & Annual Meeting

Monthly board meetings take place on the last Wednesday of each month. They are held at the Shelter, in the multi-purpose room, and begin promptly at 5:00 p.m. We encourage all LPCHS members, community supporters and staff to attend to hear director reports, financials reports and committee updates. Please check the Events Calendar  for upcoming meeting dates.

If you wish to speak at a meeting, you will need to submit a request to be added to the agenda prior to the meeting. Submit your request here.

2023 LPCHS Annual Meeting

The annual membership meeting will be held on Saturday, May 6, 2022 at LPCHS from 10am- 12pm at the shelter. Join us to hear director reports, new business and cast your vote in the director election. Results will be announced at the meeting.
